Delivery & Returns

Our products come in all shapes, sizes and weights so shipping is heavily dependent on what it is you’re ordering from us. Below is some general guidance on our delivery service.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all in stock items within 1 working day, the service we use is usually overnight but this is not guaranteed. If your order is urgent, it is worth giving us a call before placing your order to check it is in stock, alternatively write us a note in the comments box of your order to let us know when you need the item by, and we’ll do our best to get it out as quick as possible! If you need your item very urgently, then let us know, we can get an item out same day if you order before 12 noon as long as it’s in stock, and can quote for courier delivery guaranteed for the next day or even before 9am or 12noon next day.

Delivery Address

Ideally, the address you give us will have someone available to accept the delivery; this helps avoid delays with rearranging delivery. Please bear in mind that some items are often delivered on large trucks, so they need to be able to get to you. A postcode and contact phone number are essential to process a delivery; the phone number would ideally be for the person receiving the delivery.

Signing for Deliveries

You must inspect your delivery for damage in transit before signing for it, otherwise the courier holds no responsibility for any damage subsequently found. If this is not possible, please sign for the item as ‘uninspected’. If an item has been damaged in transit then please get in touch with us straight away so that we can deal with it for you. Fortunately this is a rare occurrence!

Returns Policy

28-day Returns

Our priority is to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, please feel free to return your goods within 28 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund, minus postage. The goods must be in perfect, unused condition.

Warranty Claims

On receipt of your goods, if you feel they are faulty, please send back to Leisure Boat UK, CV31 1BE address. For more information please call us on +44(0)1296 494 743

All used items must be cleaned before returning to us, we cannot deal with any dirty items, and they will be returned to you.

On receipt of your goods we will carry out a warranty inspection & contact you within 3 working days of receipt.

If your purchase is outside our 28-day returns period but within the manufactures warranty period we will repair or replace the item(s) as stated in the manufacturers warranty guidelines.

Please note: In some cases the manufacturer/supplier may require to see the item(s) before repair or replacement can take place. If this is the case we will inform you.

Proof of purchase is also required with all potential warranty claims.
